Our Refund Policy is if our Solicitors conclude that a Credit Agreement is Not Unenforceable and therefore they cannot assist you, you will receive a refund of the lower Evaluation and Audit Fee you have paid less a £75 Administration charge, within 7 days. For example:

If you submit One Credit Agreement to our Solicitors, you will pay £295. If our Solicitors conclude that this Agreement is Not unenforceable you will receive a refund of £220

If you submit Two Credit Agreements to our Solicitors, you will pay £490. If our Solicitors conclude that two Agreements are Not unenforceable you will receive a refund of £340

If you submit Two Credit Agreements to our Solicitors, you will pay £490. If our Solicitors conclude that one of the Agreements is Not unenforceable you will receive a refund of £120

If you submit Three Credit Agreements to our Solicitors, you will pay £585. If our Solicitors conclude that three Agreements are Not unenforceable you will receive a refund of £360

If you submit Three Credit Agreements to our Solicitors, you will pay £585. If our Solicitors conclude that two Agreements are Not unenforceable you will receive a refund of £140

If you submit Three Credit Agreements to our Solicitors, you will pay £585. If our Solicitors conclude that one Agreement is Not unenforceable you will receive a refund of £20

If you submit Four Credit Agreements to our Solicitors, you will pay £680. If our Solicitors conclude that four Agreements are Not unenforceable you will receive a refund of £380

If you submit Four Credit Agreements to our Solicitors, you will pay £680. If our Solicitors conclude that three Agreements are Not unenforceable you will receive a refund of £160
