A Consumer that uses the Service offered by our Company's Solicitors
is unlikely to notice the complex legal work involved in persuading
their Lender to write off their unenforceable Credit Agreement
Our Solicitors initially need to conduct a detailed Evaluation and
Audit of the Credit Card or other Loan Agreements that you would
like them to arrange for your Lenders to write off, before they
agree to accept you as a Client and pursue your case. This allows
our Solicitors to avoid taking on cases that they could lose
You will need to complete one simple form, sign two documents and
pay the appropriate Evaluation and Audit Fee. We will send you these
documents at your request
You will not need to provide copies of your Credit Agreements to
our Solicitors. Instead, we will obtain copies of the actual Agreements
that you signed along with any accompanying documentation. It is
important that a third party formally obtains this documentation
independently. This process normally takes around 14 days
Our Solicitors then conduct a detailed Evaluation and Audit of your
Credit Agreements to discover if they comply with the Terms of the
Consumer Credit Act and other relevant Legislation. The detailed
process employed by our Solicitors combines their considerable Legal
expertise in this area of Consumer Credit Law and the latest computer
software, to ascertain if a particular Credit Agreement is unenforceable.
This process normally takes around 4 days to complete
If our Solicitors conclude that your Credit Card or Loan Agreement
is unenforceable, they will ask you if you wish them to act for
you. If you decide to use their service, they will accept your case
on a No Win No Fee basis, making your Lender write off your outstanding
balance and claim a refund of your previous payments
If you decide to proceed, our Solicitors will instruct your Lender
to deal directly with them and ensure that they do not contact you
regarding this matter. Your Credit Agreement will then become in
formal Legal dispute and therefore your Lender will be prohibited
from registering adverse credit information against you
Our Solicitors will arrange for you to suspend making your monthly
payments directly to your Lender and instead deposit your normal
monthly payments into our Solicitors Client Account for a period
of normally 6 months. Our Solicitors will ensure that your Lender
does not harrass you in any way during this period. When our Solicitors
have successfully written off your Credit Agreement, they will retain
the 6 months payments as their fee, this is the only fee you will
have to pay to our Solicitors
Whilst our Solicitors conduct the necessary Legal work, you will
not have to make any payments to your Lender. Therefore, using our
Solicitors to write off your unenforceable Credit Card or Loan will
cost you no more than you are already paying
Our Solicitors will present their Legal argument to your Lender.
If your Lender then agrees to write off your outstanding balance,
our Solicitors will retain the monthly payments they hold as their
fee. This is the only fee that you will be required to pay to our
Solicitors
If your Lender refuses to write off your outstanding balance our
Solicitors will issue Court proceedings against your Lender. You
will not be responsible to pay any additional fees for this service
and our Solicitors will also ensure that you do not become liable
for any costs incurred by the Lender
When the Court Orders that your Agreement is unenforceable and that
the Lender must write off your outstanding balance, our Solicitors
will recover their costs from your Lender and you will be entitled
to keep 100% of the compensatory damages awarded to you
In the extremely unlikely event that our Solicitors fail to arrange
for your Lender to write off your outstanding balance, all of your
monthly payments the Solicitors hold in their Client Account will
be fully refunded to you by our Solicitors
The completely Legal process used by our Solicitors to make your
Lender write off your Unenforceable Credit Agreement normally takes
around 8 months. However, often the process can be concluded far
sooner, subject to the particular Lender involved responding promptly
